A few months ago Bryan approached me about making some photos to use for a custom label he was planning. His Idea was to use the photos to create a custom wine bottle (photos of the wine bottle forthcoming) with which to propose to his fiancé. For the photos, we met at the Nevada Museum of Art, (a wedding we shot there part 1, part 2) using its’ unique exterior walls to create a variety of looks. Bryan had a very simple and elegant look in mind highlighting the engagement ring and his hands.
Bryan and Joy are wine enthusiasts who regularly visit the Napa Valley to explore the depths of their palettes and sample the culture of the region. I was honored to collaborate with Bryan on such a personal and special project. He also planned a surprise engagement, and I was there to capture the aftermath and the overwhelming joy. I’ll post a few of those later.
Have a great day and enjoy these photos,
