Thousand Oaks Wedding Photography with Tom & Courtenay, Part 2

All summer long Brandon and I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to make awesome wedding photographs for amazing people.  Tom and Courtenay were no exception to the trend.  They were laid back, amazingly nice and down to stand in strange places to make awesome photographs. For a wedding photographer they were a dream couple; beautiful, happy people in love, it’s what makes our job great.  Everything about this wedding was awesome, tons of cool details, a pool to avoid getting wet in, nature, urban landscapes and everyone having a great time.  The weather was unusually cool and cloudy, but Brandon and I loved it, were accustomed to the harsh light and blue skies of the Sierra. So a bit of change is always fun and inspiring.  Plus running around, I only sweat one bucket instead of two.

We’ve been pretty busy making photos of all sorts of things, as well as the weekly weddings.  Last night I ventured up on Peavine Mountain here in Reno and made some sunset family portraits with the Hammonds. The sunset was amazing last night, wow. Make sure you see these.  We’re off to Las Vegas for this weekend’s wedding, then on Sunday I get to attend a wedding as a guest.  I’m really excited for both.

Have a great day,

– Josh
